Our Signature Clay: Durable, Breathable, Beautiful

Each planter begins with a unique blend of three Moroccan clays, sourced from across the country:

  • Sahara Clay – Dark, dense, and incredibly strong; ideal for structural weight
  • Red Marrakesh Clay – Rich in color, adds the signature terracotta warmth
  • Northern Clay (used in Zellige tiles) – Smooth, yellow-toned, and crack-resistant

The exact ratio is our intellectual property, a formulation developed in-house to create a clay that is:

  • Durable enough for outdoor environments
  • Breathable for plant health
  • Visually refined for luxury interiors

No glazes. No chemicals. No synthetic colors.Just earth, water, sun, and time.

Handcrafted in Marrakesh — One Piece at a Time

In our Marrakesh atelier, every planter is made by hand.
We don’t use molds, and each piece is shaped, dried, and fired using a slow, artisanal process:

  1. Clay is mixed by a master artisan
  2. Base is built in 20–25 cm stages to allow natural drying and base strengthening
  3. Each layer is dried under Moroccan sun and finished over time
  4. Kilns are used in two phases:
  • Wood kilns for gentle drying
  • Gas chambers for high-heat consistency (low emissions)

The result: a months-long journey that honors the pace of nature and the integrity of true craft

    • Each batch is limited to 50 pieces/year
